After a disaster with another florist, I phoned Sarah this morning and ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother in Law today for her birthday. The request was bright and cheerful for a 70+ year old woman. I am super impressed with the flowers that were sent out. They are absolutely beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
I loved their service. I called them after an awful experience with another florist who cancelled my order last minute and Jemma was extremely sweet and understanding. She was 9 minutes away from closing for same day delivery but without any hesitation she accepted my order, assured me that it will be delivered in an hour; she handled my concerns very patiently and even called me back to confirm that the delivery was completed.
Sarah at Jenny Burke florists created a beautiful bouquet for my mums birthday, it was a while since I had used this florist and they didn't disappoint. I live in the UK so was communicating via email and telephone. I can definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future
Service is excellent, I’m from NSW sending some flowers to a friend in Ballarat, done all over the phone and delivered within 2 hours. Highly recommend
