I bought a wig Told the wig assistant which one I wanted and I was given the shorter version of the long wig. I Brought it back today; didn’t wear it ; same packaging with the receipt. I just simply was handed the wrong wig and I didn’t notice it . First time shopping at this location in years, and I won’t return. You walk in, no one greets you, you’re shopping around, no one offers assistance, check out, no one says thanks have a great day. Just all around not a good shopping experience. DFW has too many beauty supply stores for this to be what is offered to customers. Do better and value your customer.
