Scheduling online was easy. The tech called before arriving and was well within my appointment time slot. He was very friendly and courteous. He gave me the quote before the cleaning started. The foam cleaning machine was out of order that day. He did take a personal call that lasted 10 minute while working. He was talking to a friend and there was some cursing.
