First the restaurant itself is adorable!! The atmosphere was so chill the minute you walk in! Our server was so great! She was so sweet and was always making sure we were good! I cant remember her name but she had teal hair, the food soooo good and fresh! My only critique just in my personal opinion the chairs werent the most comfortable but other than that everything was fantastic! 9.5/10
Had my birthday lunch here on a Saturday around 2:00. My bbq shrimp and grits were absolutely amazing. He had the crab leg and shrimp boil with the Jenni’s medium sauce. Was very messy, thankfully they offer gloves, bibs, and wet wipes. Would give this meal a 9.5 out of 10, and we will be back. Great service, and a very clean atmosphere. Love it! RUN!
You guys this place is truly amazing!!!!! You know how crab boils can be salty. This is NOT that. The flavors are well balanced and tasty. You will not be disappointed. The hostess, waitress and manager were so kind and attentive. Please just try it for yourself. I ordered the Mini Boil for $27.99. Great price and portions!
We really enjoyed our visit to Jenni's seafood. The atmosphere and friendly welcome were excellent. I enjoyed my shrimp basket with fries and hushpuppies a lot. The housemade remoulade dipping sauce was fabulous. My husband liked his crab leg boil, we just thought there should be more of the mini potatoes(2), mini corn(1), and smoked sausage rounds(2) than there was. We will definitely be back, but will not get the boil again. Definitely worth a try if you're in the Cambridge Square Ooltewah area.
UPDATE: I kept my original review below for reference. I came back to give this restaurant another try. I’m glad I did. It was a night and day difference. First, the service was excellent. The server was friendly and genuine. Another person came to check on our food and service also (I think it was a manager) and he was very friendly as well.
