I called them today to take my cat in due to blood in the urine. They said I was not welcome there anymore because I was unhappy with their previous service. The previous service they refer to is when they traumatized my English Mastiff with their rough handling. I will NEVER take any of my 3 animals there again. They are apparently interested only in the money and do not care about the welfare of the animals.
