My first time using this business and will definitely call Ben again. Such a pleasant man to deal with. My hot water stopped working and he found time in his busy day to fix. Very honest and you feel comfortable with him in your house.

Wow! What a great experience! Ben Jennings - you run an honest, clean, and efficient business. I honestly was blown away. The background - I'm out visiting my 80+ year old mother and noticed her hot water heater had a small leak. I called Jennings on a Saturday after dinner - and he called me back! Super impressed with Jennings plumbing! I had a really steady leak under my kitchen sink, and it was beyond my ability to fix it myself. I called close to 15 plumbers after our snow storm, most companies were not answering or they were unwilling to send their plumbers out. Thank God for Jennings being there, not only did they actually answer, but they were willing to fit me in due to the urgency of the issue (or at least I thought was urgent). The guy who came to our house in Ashland (we think his name is Curtis) was fantastic! Kind and efficient. Price was what we expected and he was able to look at and fix a long running toilet on top of the holes rats had chewed under the house. Would recommend!
