I can give 6 stars if I could. He showed up the same day without emergency call. Having slow drain for decade, my snake didn't go thru, former plumber didn't help much. Jim spent many ours with several different kind of equipment to clear very stubborn clog and finally cleared with fair charge when consider the time he spent!

Jim bailed us out () late on a Friday evening with a blocked toilet. He was really quick to respond, had all the right tools and the knowledge to fix our issues fast. Would highly recommend
