This guy is an absolute lifesaver. Had a backup from the sewer line out to the street in the middle of the night. Jim was in the neighborhood and showed up literally within the hour. Cleared the problem up quickly and offered to come by the next day to make sure everything was as it should be. There are not a lotta guys like this out there anymore. Every community needs tradesmen like Jim.
Jennings plumbing did a phenomenal job on repairing our clay sewer line in our Havertown home. The pricing was fair and the job was done in a timely manner. He was so kind that years later when I had another sewer line question, he immediately answered and helped me. Would recommend him over any plumber in the Philadelphia area.
I cannot recommend Jim enough. We had a super inconvenient plumbing emergency in our basement on a Friday night. After calling a few places and not getting responses, Jim answered right away and was at our house in less than a half hour. It took quite a bit of troubleshooting to diagnose the exact problem we were dealing with, but he was patient and methodical until we landed on the problem. I found Jennings plumbing through Google reviews. We just moved into our fixer upper and were met with sewer issues right off the bat (on a weekend none the less). I called one big company who told me it was $300 hundred just for them to come out 😭. Then I googled plumbers and read Jims reviews. Everything everyone has said about him is true! He's honest, trustworthy, hard working, and knowledgeable. It honestly was such a relief and a blessing to have found him. We will be calling him for any future problems we have.
