Witnessed an ambulance marked Medic 9 moving well above 70mph on Interstate 85 this afternoon. Speed limit is 60. No lights or siren. Then they were on 14 moving well above 50mph making abrupt lane changes with no signal. Speed limit is 45. 05-28-2019 between 3 -3:30pm. Driver should be better trained.
