Terrible attorney! He was appointed by the court to take care of a checking account for an elderly person. Not only did he not meet an of the deadlines from the court but never returned calls/letters from myself or the court. The court had to file citations against him for not filing timely. It has been almost two years that this has been going on. At one point I was going to file a case against him for embezzling funds. Since he seems to have disappeared. Even the court told me "good luck" when trying to get a hold of him. ... read more

This reviewer is not my client and was removed as the predecessor guardian for failing to file any accounts for over three years and turned over no information to me as the new guardian on the ward's income so that it could be properly collected. He did not cooperate in turning over the bank account and I actually did have to file an embezzlement complaint against him (**** ** *) just to get the checking account turned over to pay the ward's bills.
