Very unprofessional and rude. I ask a simple yes or no question and her response was “do you have access to our website?” in a rude tone. Also they lied about services they provide. It’s listed under their service but I like to confirm when I speak to someone and she lied. Honesty is the best policy!
I called to make sure one of their clients had my address so I can get any kind of information from them that needed to get to me and the lady at Waterfall attorneys said he's not dead yet, who does that, what an absolute child, she shouldn't be allowed to work period... absolute clown she was.......
