I just received a custom Voyager Deluxe I ordered from Jennings -- it's probably the best playing and best sounding guitar I've ever encountered. It feels extremely responsive and alive, and I love the combo of the Jazzmaster-esque percussive attack and definition combined with ES-335-style semi-hollow sustain and bloom. Bought a Voyager guitar that was built for reverb YouTube to review and it is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful wood choices like flamed maple neck with ebony fretboard and fretwork that is the best I’ve ever played on. The Mcnelly pickups that came in it are incredible, the hardware, the detail in the nut and inlays, the rounded heel, the paintwork and nitro, it’s all top notch and this definitely will not be my last Jennings guitar!
You guys are doing great things. I’d love to be apart of what you guys are doing, if only I didn’t live all the way in Michigan! But really keep doing what you are doing your guitar has inspired me and has taken my sound to the next level in order to lead people into worship on Sundays. God is using your craftsmanship and attention to detail in ways bigger than just making guitars. Seeds are being planted in people’s hearts all over each Sunday because you have chosen to use your God given skills.
Just received my Jennings Voyager. Played it all day and then at rehearsal for a big event this weekend. Remarkable guitars and this is an understatement! I’ve been through 12 different brands (3,500.00 and under) and I can finally stop shopping, other than now wanting another Jennings! Can’t thank Chad enough. Customer Service is amazing. He works very hard to ensure that the right instrument and pick up selection aligns with exactly what the musician is looking for.
Precision crafted instruments that are as unique as your playing. They feel great and sound great. These guitars are not exactly like their influences. They are each very articulate and are simply pleasurable and inspiring to play.
This guitar is the real deal! I'm looking forward to the day when my guitar is worth 6 figures. Jennings is a company that cares about its clients and is willing to work with them to make them happy, and BOY am I happy! I will be playing this guitar til the day I die.
