I looked at models in a subdivision called Grand Oaks Manor in Oxford, FL and the houses didn't look bad until I spoke with someone named Mike that is actually the person building the houses. I've had a few houses built and worked with the builder through the process and you could tell my previous builders were experience and knew about houses and construction process.
