This Dr is now located in Bristol Pa so the address is incorrect. I went to this dr as i was assigned thus dr bythe welfare office. I went in to get acclimated as well as get a prescription for my advair inhaler which needed to be authorized now never did in the past but needs to be. That was about 10 days ago.
