Stay away from I’m Jennings in Beardstown because of the terrible service department. Our Jeep began having brake issues, pulling it bad on the highway. We took it to Jennings Service. They told us for 3 months that they couldn’t get the parts, but my husband checked on his own and found them immediately. He took the parts to Jennings and when they installed the brake line, they pinched the brake line and broke the calipers. Save yourself the hassle. I was put on hold accidentally while in the middle of a conversation. The woman I was speaking to was literally mid since sentence. Then, after being accidentally transferred, no one had the capacity or sense to get me back to the woman I was talking to. Everyone seemed very unprofessional and unwilling to help in a very simple situation.
Horrible communication and customer service.
Trevor in the Service Department took great care of us! We will be back! Jennings will have our business with vehicle repairs as well as when we're ready to purchase a new vehicle!
