Literally got hung up on by two representatives within 30 seconds because I didn’t have private insurance and when I tried to call back, they just kept declining the call and got hung up on once again when I asked for the manager unbelievable how disrespectful both of these representatives were to me I can’t even get through to anyone I was nothing but nice and as soon as I said my insurance, they said no can’t help and hung up. All they want is your money

I’m 22 and honestly thought I’d just bounce quick but The Joint had me rethinking everything The people there were straight up with me and pushed when I needed it I walked out feeling lighter and more in control of my own life
