Service is minimal at best. We've had our vehicles serviced here a few times and they've done a good job. BUT!!! We've called multiple times to have them come look at a vehicle that is inoperable and they've not responded or serviced the vehicle. We pay them in a timely manner for all services. NO LATE PAYMENTS on our accounts. I would appreciate at least a call letting me know an approximate time of service. I don't need service NOW...just approximate and then honor that date. Obviously they do good work but had to mention they got me a fantastic pellet grill. A significant improvement over my last with much better quality of components and features. I figured they wouldn't sell it if it wasn't good so I didn't put much thought into it. Glad I didn't, it's awesome.
