6 Months to get an appointment (which nothing happened) for another long wait 3 months for an actual treatment appointment. One person answers the phone and runs the front desk. They did not receive my submitted health history questionnaire. The worst thing about Bend is the healthcare/service industry where patients/persons can be treated however is convenient for the providers and staff, because there are no other options there is nowhere else to go.
Amazing experience! They are fast and thorough always checking if you comfortable. The most positive dentist appointments I've ever had.
La señora de la recepción es bastante descortés y tiene una mala actitud, no se si así será todos los días, pero es muy difícil sentirse cómodo esperando. Por otro lado la señora que te toma las fotos si es muy amable y muy compasiva. Actualmente el lugar no cuenta con limpieza de dientes por falta de personal.
They are the worst that exist, I had appointment, when I arrived they told me I did not have any appointments, show the emails and messages from my text and those women who are at the front are the worst. They don't do nothing about it to fix the problem.👎
My experience was very relaxing. They got me in and out there in a timely matter. All of the staff was very kind and professional. to. My medical drive that day ,who just happened to be checking out Ratings and reviews of dentist. I recommend Gental Dental. He smiled said Thank you! So thumbs up !
