Similar experience with this dentist as other complaints. We had a second treatment for a cavity for my some they cancelled on me the day of after rescheduling several times for not confirming the appt. I never cancelled so that means it’s confirmed. I had messed up on something on my instructions and missed an appointment. They were awesome. Rescheduled me as quick as possible always had a great experience with them very friendly and understanding.
Everyone in this office is very friendly! My denturist wasn't happy with the look and fit of my dentures so she's having them redone!! Im very happy!!
I’ve had ongoing billing problems with them for more than 2 years. We are covered by Medicaid/OHP, but for some reason they consistently tried to bill us directly even when they had our insurance information. I have been trying to call them and have often not been able to reach anyone, or when I do they are not knowledgeable or helpful. When it comes to the dental care itself, I had a terrible experience.
