I had a very bad experience in Salem with Gental Dental. It took me a year to get my dentures right with many many appointments. The Gental Dental here in Bend is a whole other story. I give Bend a 50******. These women are so kind and skilled. I received my dentures for my bottom teeth in less than a month. They are beautiful and my top teeth I already had, fit so much better. This is so ridiculous, my original appointment was yesterday at 3pm and I got a call saying it's have to reschedule for today at 11am and that all accommodations would be made in order to make SURE I was seen in time are these ppl going to reimburse me for the time I'm going to miss from work??? Here it is 12pm an hour after my appointment and no one had even said a word to me about anything this is downright unprofessional and beyond reasonable!!!
