The dentist visit was ok, but after the doctors never followed up with results and I have called five days in row and no one answers the phone, there is no voicemail to leave a message. I checked the website no email. They really charge you thousands of dollars then disappear like that. Hire a receptionist if you are going to call yourself a medical professional.
I made an appointment for the beginning of March and was contacted by Gentle Dental three times to confirm the date and time. The day of the appointment, I received a text message canceling the appointment and was told that someone would reach out that same day to reschedule. Everyone was super professional as well as friendly. They all made me feel important being there and I went away with the feeling that I received 5 star care! I would recommend to anyone without reservation
