I made my appointment weeks before 7th. I was a mother of the bride so I wanted to make sure I had an appointment. 45 min before my time I was texted that my appointment was cancelled due to an emergency. I called and asked if anyone else could squeeze me in I was told that was impossible. I just wanted a wash and style. I didn’t care if my nails were done. They said no. I guess a little kindness wasn’t in the cards for me.

I made a appointment weeks in advance because I will be attending my daughters wedding. My appointment was canceled 45 min before scheduled appointment. I understand it was a emergency for the stylist but it would seem like the salon would have a backup plan when this situation comes up. Very disappointed

Jennifer took me in recently as a new client after my hairdresser had a death in the her family. She's a joy to work with. She knew immediately what to do for me with my color and cut and I love it. I'm super happy to have her willing to continue me as one of her regulars. Thank you Jennifer.
