I love Jennifer! I have been ripped off many times by other "snooty" salons, and when I came to her through a neighbor's referral, she has been nothing but nice and professional. For other reviews I've seen on here, if you want someone to be nice to you, then you must be nice in turn. Jennifer runs a business, not a physcotherapy office. If she's short with you it's because she's busy, cleaning surfaces, cleaning chairs, work areas, attending to customers. Loyal customer who drove an hour for my appointment today to find the shop closed equals a lost customer.
Called to make an appointment. I’ve never been to this salon and was excited to see if the good reviews were accurate… the woman I spoke to asked what time and day. I told her any day next week around 5pm would be great. Her response “I don’t have anything at 5pm next week. Thank you for calling.” Are you kidding me?! I will not be going here, EVER.
