I would like to write a review about an exceptional employee. Everyone can always write about a bad issue, but never on an outstanding customer experience. After doing a great deal of comparing rates with other companies. Hands down, Walker Stahnke provided me with the best rates. He was very courteous and took his time reviewing my policy needs especially with adding a new driver. I would recommend him and Jennifer Z’s team.

I went into the office to review my home owners insurance policy because of a significant price increase for 2026/2027 year(s). I met with Bobbie W. and she reviewed my HO policy; stating it was the best, and Allstate doesn't write policies like that anymore. She also informed me to add an auto policy & bundle it with my home owners insurance for the Home & Auto discount. This process saved me over $1300. I have been with Allstate for years. My bank was bought by another bank and there was confusion as far as payment. Bobbie was extremely rude and made it clear that it was my fault that I didn't have the new numbers. But now when I was trying to give her a debit card she could use for payment she wasn't happy with that. She wanted me too say my account and routing number over the phone.
