After having been a patient with the same office for 5 years, stumbled over a few mistakes of having the Pap test sent to the wrong lab, the front desk staff finally clarified with me that it was my responsibility each visit to 'remind' the front desk of my network lab, otherwise it would be sent to 'their network lab', which incurs a huge payment out of my own pocket, say over 500 dollars. I felt so fortunate to have Dr. Mark Vierra perform my inguinal surgery. During my consultation, I found that he is an excellent doctor in the sense he listens attentively to my issues & explains calmly to resolve my issues. Then, after the surgery, he took the time to write & document a thorough detailed explanation of his findings (incarcerated inguinal hernia) & what he fixed (attaching mesh and separating other organs)in my chart.I am so grateful to have him as my surgeon! Thank you!
