I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the billing and insurance side of this office. The whole process has felt extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly a little scammy. Multiple times, I was told that certain services or charges would be covered by my insurance, only to receive bills for them afterward. Unfortunately, my experience with this office was extremely frustrating and, frankly, felt very misleading when it came to insurance and billing. Before my appointment, I contacted the office and provided all of my insurance information specifically so they could verify my coverage. At no point was I clearly told that this office was not contracted with my insurance or that I would essentially be treated as an out-of-network patient.
