A true caring doctor with a loving personality. She really cares about her patients.
Dr Lo is very compassionate & caring for me as her patient, she takes her time and listens to what is going on and comes up with a plan to make you better, I rate her as a top notch Family Dr who cares whole heartily about her patients, her whole team are very caring and have great attitudes towards the patients, Dr Lo and team are the BEST!!!

Doctor dismissed me for missing 3 appointments. 2 from last year and 1 from this year. I tried to appeal, offering to pay for missed appointments, I also apologized, and was ignored. I had lost my job and my insurance. I was told by Aurora this was the doctor's decision. I also received a rude letter with no other previous correspondence or warnings.
