Let me start of by saying that for the past 5 months I have been absolutely miserable in pain going from doctor to doctor just wishing and praying someone would help me. Thats when my sister in law recommended Dr winthers. Best decision ever to go see her, you can tell she truly cares about you. She listened and wrote down everything I told her and explained everything to me, she now has me on a plan to hopefully begin to start to get back to normal. I have no idea how this doctor receives such high star ratings. Husband and I tried to give here a chance several visits. She missed important health factors on my husband and myself (I ended up in the ER), even when all of the signs were there and were mentioned to her - she does not listen or care. The office she is in is more worried about the way they are billing your insurance than your health concerns. Husband and I will seek medical help elsewhere. How this physician gets five stars in beyond me. I was a new patient after my primary left SCL because of their are controlling how a physician treats a patient. I needed a new physician and due to this rating system I choose her. I was left waiting an hour and a half and she gave me 15 min of her time. If you want a physician who FAILS to listen, acts like she is GOD and will prescribe medication which in my case had I used another drop in my eye , it would have made me go blind.
