Dr Willis has been my mom's Dr. over the past several years and has always been very thorough and helpful. Her up-to-date knowledge, detailed questions, and careful record-keeping have made it easy for my mom to receive great continuity of care. Thank you, Dr. Willis! We will miss you now that we have moved out of the area!
I have seen Dr Willis for two annual well exams and will never return. She is not thorough, is very curt and impressionable, and gives the impression that she couldn’t care less. The lack completeness in her care makes the entire visit a waste. To make the experience worse, the front desk staff were unprofessional and were literally arguing with each other of a personal matter loud enough that the entire waiting area could hear. Just avoid this doctor or prepare to be extremely frustrated.

After trying to get a refill of a medication for 2 weeks I finally made an appt to see Dr. I had left several message both email and voice with no response. Once at clinic she refused to see me even though I had an appt and refused refill of sleep medication I have taken for 20 yrs and her prescribing it the last year. No explanation just a curt "no". My experience was not pleasant at all to say the least. I waited 40 min in the patients room. She didn’t even apologize for her delay. Didn’t even allow me to ask her any questions...she just walked out while she was mumbling that she was referring my son to an ENT.
She's extremely impersonal, doesn't listen to what you have to say, dresses inappropriate for a Dr., & overall doesn't have the character of someone that cares.
I just left Banner and Dr. Willis. Could never get in to see her no matter how urgent. Getting her staff to answer the phone was impossible .. I once waited 20 minutes and then showered got dressed and drove to the office .. i was still on hold. If/when you do get to see her she dutifully types what you say into her computer before she tells you to go to someone else. Referrals took several weeks. Overall a totally disappointing experience.
Poor Communication skills, beside manners impatient and rude, does not explain thoroughly. why she chose to be a Doctor in the first place! definitely not for care of patient, but in it for the money.
She's adequately knowledgeable but communicates no warmth or care. I could just a easily get meds from a grocery store clinic since there's nothing personal in any interaction I've had over 2 years.
