Vet and techs were great. Front desk could be a little more polite
I do not recommend this vet office. We took our 10 year old dog here for euthanasia because he had cancer and strokes. It had gotten to the point where he no longer had quality of life, so we made the difficult decision to lay him to rest. They put us in a room right next to the front office (which we later learned that they never should’ve put us in that room according to the owner). So far my experience has been fantastic. If I have questions about shots, the vet veterinarian explains the why. I reached out on a Sunday (didn’t realize they were closed😓), because I forgot when my dogs appointment was and their text line replied back even though it wasn’t an emergency!
The staff and doctors are very accommodating. I don’t take my babies health lightly and neither do they. They are completely proactive and have great follow up. Highly recommend.
Such friendly and professional staff. Love the atmosphere and how my pit, Ozzy, is treated.
