This vet use to be 5 stars for me but sadly the past few times I have gone to this vet my experiences have not been positive. This past week I waited over an hour to see the vet with my senior dog. The staff seemed very disinterested as to why we were there. The vet never showed up and with only one update 45 mins in that the vet would be there “shortly” we decided to leave. Very deceptive practices. I called to get a price to get my female cat spayed. After giving detail information I was told it would be $360, which was above all the other places in town but close to my home so I booked. I went in for drop off and they went over everything and told me it would be $450. I asked about the price increase and they said all the add-ons are required and they wouldn’t perform the surgery without agreeing to that price. I won’t be coming back. The tech was extremely rude when I asked about the price.
