I’m trying to be a new patient but every time I call it always says they’re closed for lunch?? Lunch at 9 in the morning? Also when I check online for an appointment they don’t have any availability at all??
Dr Weidner was very rude, dismissive, impatient, not empathetic. I asked for her to order to check my hormones (I have history of ruptured ovarian cysts by the way) & she flat out said no, but didn’t even care to ask why I was even asking for it in the first place. She didn’t want to know. She could have politely asked me why and still provide a medical opinion as to why it’s not necessary. I’m open to that. Dr.Weidner was an amazing doctor with my wife. Dr.Weidner explained everything very thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable. She answered every question we had and was very caring. The ultrasound tech (Astrid)was professional, knowledgeable, and made me and my wife feel at ease. She clearly explained to me and my wife the procedure and what they were doing throughout the exam. I love Dr weidner as my obgyn but what I didn’t love is them finding a cyst on my ovaries and then I had to wait two months for another appointment just for them to tell me to pay 360 for the next ultrasound the day of like if I would’ve known I could’ve saved up but now they expect me to live with this thing that they found and causes me extreme pain I just don’t get it and when I asked if I could give 60 then and pay the rest they still turned me away so what now I don’t get help until I’m dying of pain and have to go to t... read more
