Impersonal, irresponsible, and uncaring would be the kindest way to describe my experience. Impersonal: because she doesn't respond! Irresponsible: because she demands visits for no other reasons than the opportunity to bill the insurance. Uncaring: I am 75 and did not want to visit the office during flu season for no other reason than to look at a lab report without problems.
