The office staff is always polite and friendly. I was called to the back within 5 minutes. Jennifer Vannoy is my primary care provider; she showed up immediately after the nurse was done. She is thorough, patient, attentive, and extremely friendly. I've been seeing her for several years, and have always been very pleased with the care I've received. I became her patient when she partnered with Dr. James Robusto in Urbanna, followed her to West Point, and then to Norge, which is an hour from me, but she's definitely worth it.
It’s nice to have a doctor who will listen and look at you and not have their nose in a computer!!! Jennifer is a great doctor!!!
