Dr. Toh did not warn me of the potential symptoms of taking a medication called montelukast before prescribing it to me. She is reckless, rushed, and many allergists I've spoken to about this condemn her for this. Stay as far away as you can.
Dr. Toh is the best—caring, thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, clear and comprehensive in her explanations, and great on bedside manner. Very grateful to be in her care!
Waiting time to see this doctor was 1 hour! We left after waiting an hour with no end in sight. The secretary at the desk literally said “Dr Toh doesn’t have an estimate for you on how much longer you will need to wait”. My son had other appointments booked in the day and we would have missed the next one had we waited on Dr. Toh. We also made this appointment more than 6 months in advance. She’s an allergist, not a surgeon. How can her office run over 60 min behind? So disrespectful of our time.
Really disappointed and angry after my appt with Dr. Toh. I actually walked out in the middle of the appt and said I'd rather find another doctor. I've never walked out of a doctor's appt before. It started badly, with her barging into the exam room without even saying hello or introducing herself, just launched right into asking questions. Dr.Toh is a very thoughtful doctor. She asks a ton of questions and helps you get to the bottom of your concerns. I had an allergic reaction and she fit me in same day. She is busy but very thorough. I can see how other (reviews) may think she is rushing, but I get the impression she is just an intense and smart person who is extremely busy - I actually liked how fast paced the office is and didn't feel rushed at all. The staff is kind, friendly and professional.
