I wish there was a zero-star option. My wife was experiencing medical issues and attempted to schedule an appointment with Kaiser asap. Unfortunately, the appointment was scheduled with Tan. My wife had a below average experience and it was simply regrettable. First off, when she explained her symptoms, Tan seemed uninterested in addressing her concerns and brushed off her questions. I felt that the doctor wasn't caring, empathetic or compassionate. She made me feel bad about my symptoms. I would not recommend this doctor at all.
Dr. Tan - my wife just left her appointment with you abruptly after feeling very belittled by your condescending nature towards her. I believe it is important that we try to treat all human beings patiently and kindly regardless of their race / age / status / language / gender / etc. - it is something that I believe should be practiced amongst not only doctors, but all practitioners that deal with people. Very rude and condescending. I just walked out after being talked down to. She even sighed very loudly as if she was annoyed with me. Do you even enjoy your job? Please think more highly about your patients with care. Isn't that what doctors are supposed to do?! I hope you realize you made me feel really terrible. Please reflect on how you do your JOB!
