If I could, I would rate 0 stars. Like others said, apathetic. Possibly, incompetent. Definitely harmful. And I don't say that lightly. Dr. Tan literally put up roadblocks to care, gave me the impression she thought I was a non-compliant patient by the way she dismissed my concerns and feedback, and refused to get curious and/or tell me my conditions were outside her expertise.
