I wish there was a zero-star option. My wife was experiencing medical issues and attempted to schedule an appointment with Kaiser asap. Unfortunately, the appointment was scheduled with Tan. I felt that the doctor wasn't caring, empathetic or compassionate. She made me feel bad about my symptoms. I would not recommend this doctor at all.
Dr. Tan - my wife just left her appointment with you abruptly after feeling very belittled by your condescending nature towards her. I believe it is important that we try to treat all human beings patiently and kindly regardless of their race / age / status / language / gender / etc. - it is something that I believe should be practiced amongst not only doctors, but all practitioners that deal with people.
