Dr. Henson was hands down one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Until I saw her I thought that doctors who actually cared about the people they saw were a myth, and she proved me wrong in the best way. When I first started seeing her I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. Rude nasty staff, mostly front end people.You practically have go give all your personal information to a non medical staff, total HIPPA violation. This used to be a good office and now its falling apart.
PLEASE NOTE MANY REVIEWS ARE VERY OLD AND REFER TO THE WRONG (2 STORY) BUILDING IN NISKAYUNA. DR. HENSON NOW PRACTICES IN THE ONE STORY BUILDING IN ROTTERDAM. I have been seeing Dr. Henson for about 2 years and am remiss in not previously offering a review. She is smart, competent, professional, and has been very helpful in managing my health. I'm not crazy about the fact that the practice has recently become part of Community Care which I left over their draconian "guidelines."
