Dr.stirgwolt makes your visit very uncomfortable and unpleasant . Also Everytime you give a suggestion she seems to throw it to the side and make remarks . I do NOT recommend being seen by her especially if you think it may be something serious.
Terrible bedside manner, left my daughter that is a new mother and also battling postpartum anxiety in tears and questioning her parenting today due to the way she was talked to and treated. Also did not to do any diagnostic testing despite fevers and respiratory symptoms in both the mother and the child, although the answer would not have changed the treatment approach it could have been useful if later complications developed…I highly suggest not working in the medical field or with human beings if you lack empathy and com... read more
Always been a very cold physician with an attitude. I Just reviewed my past labs that she never went over with me. Turns out I was borderline anemic 2 years ago! Luckily I saw Dr. Li this week who actually listened to my complaints and she sent me to the ER for a blood transfusion. I was severely anemic! Possibly could have been prevented had Dr. Stirgwolt actually cared to review my lab work.
They are very quick to get you in and always have short notice availability however doctors at this office are not people friendly and very short when it comes to discussing any concerns you may have. I also had lab work done over a week ago and went to another doctors office and received results and callbacks within 48 hours. Almost 2 weeks have passed and I still have not heard from this doctor regarding labs or not even a follow up just to see how things are going due to my situation and concerns. I had been going to Physicians of Family Medicine for about 10 years and had good experiences until I crossed paths with Dr. Stirgwolt. I went in for a regular physical and the moment she walked in the door Dr. Stirgwolt was standoffish and had poor bedside manner. When trying to update her on my medical history it was obvious she was not actively listening.
