I had a good experience at first, but now I just feel ignored. I had a couple tests come back abnormal and there was no follow up. I’m 4 days overdue on a refill and the nurse I talked to last week never relayed the message to dr stern. I’m just now able to fill another medication that I’ve been waiting for since last month. I’ve decided to change to the U of I. Hopefully they have better communication among their staff and with their patients.
Dr. Stern didn’t let my health fall through the cracks. Excellent follow up. Highly recommend and am thankful for her aptitude and care.
Dr. Stern cared for me in the ECU last week and I can't say enough nice things about her care. She even went above and beyond and called me on the weekend to check on me at home. Top notch Physician as are all Mercy Doctors I have dealt with!
