I went to see Dr. Jen for chronic hip and hand pain. In addition, my balance had become a problem over the years. A few brain-based fitness drills were introduced to me during a private session. I was able to see positive results right away. This encouraged me to join the 3 pillars of performance course she offered. Jennifer is knowledgeable about the body mechanics, as well as natural health. I had the pleasure of being assessed by Jennifer. She observed the way my body was while walking, stimulated different tendons and nerves in my feet and legs to correct my movements and posture. It was amazing how light my walking felt afterwards. Jennifer is fabulous! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Loved my free 30 minute bodywork session! Will definitely go to her when I'm achy when I normally would have gone to my chiropractor.
