My husband and I switched our insurance to Jennifer Starke - State Farm Insurance a little over a year ago. We had our home and auto policies with another carrier that we had been with for many years but when our premiums skyrocketed with no claims being filed since we had been with them we called and asked for an explanation, they had no reason for the change and refused to review our policy with us. We had known Jennifer for years through our church, school and numerous business associations so we gave her a call and requested a quote. We were promptly given a quote on both home and auto and asked to come in so Jennifer could talk with us about our coverage. Our rates were cut considerably and our coverage was greatly improved. We were thrilled and changed to Jennifer Starke with State Farm immediately. Since we switched we were given additional discounts as COVID hit and after an annual review our rates dropped again. Jennifer is always looking out for us and keeping us up to date on our policies. What more could we ask for of our insurance agent? Jennifer is the best and we are thrilled with her service!
