I have seen this nurse for two years for my hashimoto. She kept requesting that I came for visit every six months even though my diagnosis and medication does has not changed for over 10 years. All the labs were done at their lab which is not covered or is only partially covered by my insurance which costed me around $500 every time. I asked her for one year visits and she refused and refused to refill my life saving medication. This is not nurse, she is tyrant who wants to squeeze last penny that she cans out of your pocket... read more
