Dr. Shepard in two words: A gift. A smart doctor who takes the time to listen, to come up with solutions for health issues as they arise. She treats me like a human being and not a diagnosis code. My health and comfort level in going to Dr.'s appointments have improved since she became my PCP two years ago. I know I have a doctor on my side, someone who genuinely cares about my health and is invested in me being as healthy as I can be. She's one in a million.
I can't not tell you how disappointed I am with this Dr Jennifer Shepard and her staff!
I went to Dr. Shepard this year to establish an internist post surgery. Her office was welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Shepard with through and compassionate. I highly recommend anyone looking for pcp. Also Dr. Shepard's nurse Amy answered a bunch of my questions and did a great job with my tetanus shot. Thank you.
