I took my newborn to Peconic Pediatrics. After not latching during breast feeding we were concerned and Dr. Rich at the practice told us he might have a tongue tie and recommended we see Dr. Shear. We saw her. She barely sat with us 10 minutes. No eye contact, rushed us through the appointment and told us our son was fine and no tongue tie. Wonderful pediatrician! I switched my daughter to her when she was a couple months old and I couldn’t be happier. Now all 3 of my children see her. She’s kind, caring, and takes the time to know her patients.
