Bad people. Bad business. I seen how they treated a girl yesterday and it was awful. I hope she is okay. She was alone and there whole demeanor with her changed so fast. They pushed for more money and even tried to threaten cameras recording just provoking her and manipulating her to believe them. It has only been a few days, and I have already had to cut almost all of my nails because they started breaking. The polish is lifting as well. This is the first time in my life, after many manicures, that the result has been this bad. Jennifer is so hard working and pays such attention to detail !! I stopped by after my work ended at 8pm today to see if they had availability for a gel manicure. She stayed late after closing to make sure I was taken care of. Despite being the last person in the nail salon, she took her time on all my nails. Thank you very much!
