I saw Dr. Rutledge this past Thursday for an emergency in office visit for a dog bite by my personal pet. She came in smiling despite my emotional state, and put me at ease. She asked questions, listened intently and really empathized with the situation. It was an accident after all. She treated me in office and took her time to make sure my injuries were properly assessed, cleaned, and my at home care was going to be successful.
