Terrible support. Do NOT schedule any online appointments with them. The support and software are trash. She charged me for a visit and refused to join the call and left me waiting! My time is valuable as well.
I was a little hesitant because the area, but I have to admit she actually listens and is very down to earth and the best PCP I could ever ask for. I highly five star recommend. She even does video visits which is a plus for me because I’m disabled. If you want somebody who’s caring and truly listens to your concerns you will give her five stars too I promise you
