Jennifer Reidsma has an awful bedside manner. She jammed an ultrasound wand so hard into my chest after a heart attack, she left bruises. She grabbed my arm to keep me from moving but every fiber of my being felt like it was on fire, she left bruises. My nurse told her I was in so much pain that I'd been shaking and crying ever since waking in ICU from having my 8th and 9th stents implanted.
