Terrible. Waited a year after I called many times and had 2 doctors send 3 referrals . Finally someone called me but still had to wait 3 months for an appointment ! Guess she doesn't want to have a patient 83 years old ! It took over a year to finally get them to call me!! 3 months a long time for an urgent problem! I can't speak for all of the staff but I can speak to my experience with Amanda (Dr. Gilbys Nurse), Dr. Jennifer Gilby, and Sophia, Let me start with Sophia she is the only one I've spoken to who seems to actually care about you as a patient and seem compassionate. However, Amanda is a very poor excuse for a nurse. She called me to discuss the very poor patient care that Jennifer Gilby gave me. Went there once. Was essentially told "yeah, you have all the symptoms of PCOS, but you still breastfeed, so we aren't going to do any tests. Lose weight. Yeah, it's hard with PCOS. Go find a weightloss doctor to prescribe you wegovy. Here's some birth control." Such lazy and uncaring doctor work, probably the worst I've seen (which is saying something because I used to go to Dr. Reddick, and he was far from good). Professional and thorough beginning to end. Front end staff friendly and patient. My many questions were answered and I have relief from my symptoms. Much appreciation for Dr Gilby and staff for being here in Citrus

To all the previous patients who had negative comments to make, they should look in the mirror. This practice has excellent service and excellent staff! I’m so happy to be a patient here now.
