Always treated well here by everyone from the front desk staff, nurses, PA, and especially Dr Gilbey. Professional and approachable to all questions. Outstanding in their skills and information given. I drive from sarasota to see this group and it is well worth the trip!
Sad to say this practice has gone significantly downhill over the past few years. Been coming here about 7 years. Dr Miller is the best. I used to see Gilby when I started here but I don't think she sees many patients anymore. The staff or whoever is supposed to be handling paperwork/labs/follow up is just non existent. I came in for a UTI/yeast infection swab 2 weeks ago and no one called me with the results. Called twice for results and I was told they were in but I had to talk to a nurse for results.
