The staff is very professional and friendly. I have been going to Mountain View Veterinary for over 5 years. I highly recommend their services.
Our kitty Ember can be wary of new people but she warmed right up to her new vet and the tech, even seeking cuddles and rubbing the dr’s hand with her head, which was very reassuring. And though Ember doesn’t like to take food in new environments, I loved that they offered her a couple different treats. Facilities were clean, cozy, and welcoming, which I haven’t experienced in an animal hospital before after having cats for 18 years, and as a pet professional myself Im wary of new places for animals.
