Go anywhere else!!! From the front desk girl to the doctor its a horrible place!! I have no choice but to go here and be seen due to my insurance but she doesn't care at all about her patients at least not me and when you talk to anyone over there they say email us so we can figure this out, it's total bs they don't do anything. This place is a joke
Her intelligence is what kept me going to the clinic. Her straight forward diagnosis/explanations are what kept me as a patient. I want a doctor who listens and hears my concerns. A doctor who explains my issues thoroughly and offers options. This is what Dr Boucher has given me and my sons. I’ve recommended her to others. I will never recommend Dr Jennifer Boucher to anyone as my experience with her was horrible. A doctor shouldn’t make their patients feel uncomfortable during the exam process but my visit with her was so uncomfortable that I ended up rescheduling my visit with another doctor. One example that I will never forget is that she told me she couldn’t understand me because I had an accent directly to my face. My first visit was August 10. I scheduled this appointment a month and a half ago. The wait was expected due to the pandemic. This visit was to establish a relationship with a new GP since I moved back to this area recently. The texts to me regarding office procedures and precautions were timely. We just started seeing Dr. Boucher. She is one of the most genuine and kind doctors we’ve met. She takes the time to answer all questions and consider our preferences. She’s been very patient with us as well! The office is also very nice. We will be bringing our whole family to Dr. Boucher! Highly recommend!!!
