I needed to find a new PCP. Combed through reviews on Zoc Doc before making my selection. There was fair amount for communication between the office and myself prior to the appointment which included filling out forms to get ready. Arrived within 10 mins. My first experience at this clinic was warm and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable. The clinic has a very nice smell, the place is clean including the bathroom. Awesome staff, ready to assist you with appointments and mychart. Dr Osborne reviewed and discussed my lab results in a timely manner. Also answered my questions without rushing the answers or suggestions. I gave her 5 stars because she deserves it

I’m being generous giving this office a 2-star review. My experience was disorganized and uncomfortable from start to finish. The receptionist was rude not only to me, but to other patients as well. There was an issue with my insurance that she could not figure out, and the only kind and helpful person in the office—a staff member with red hair and glasses—stepped in to help her, showed her how to look it up properly, and even provided me with a copy of the correct insurance card. The two stars is for the cleanliness and the good smell of the office plus the Staff was ok even they got my last name all wrong when I spelled for them..as the doctor i don’t think she that nice, first time seeing me, not very welcoming she didn’t crack a smile..and all this thing they listed she knowledgeable on to me seems contrary ..I don’t want another person telling me this is what I think you have without being diagnosed put thing in my head added to my stress and make the matter worse..well thank you bye….how she get... read more

Writing this review after my first visit here from the car so I don’t forget. I had a great experience at this office. The office is quiet, comfortable, and clean. I came on a weekday, so I can’t speak to the wait times, but it wasn’t crowded on a Thursday afternoon. In fact, I was the only one there and was taken in right away. The front staff was warm and helpful.
