I really liked having Dr. Jennifer O'Malley as my primary care provider. She was always on time, kind, and listened carefully during appointments. She seems super smart, compassionate and willing to help! I removed one star only because it was a constant struggle to get her staff at Phelps Health in St James to fulfill the basic aspects of their jobs correctly.
