I've had multiple cortisone shots in various joints over the years but Jennifer is an expert. I didn't even feel the shot and it's already helping after 2 hrs.
While she was nice, I was asked to wait until she saw 2 more patients before I could get a shot. Wasn't this my time? I had already been there 2 hours & asked by 2 seperate people, the same questions that was on the questionnaire. Time wasted. Mine & theirs.
